Position Summary: The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. This role plays a critical part in driving patient care excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional development Ensure high standards of patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies   QualificationsQualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
