QualificationsRequired Education/Experience: • Master’s degree, equivalent education, or higher degree from an accredited APN/NP program is required. • Holds and maintains without restrictions a Colorado license to practice as an APN/NP, DEA license to prescribe medication*, Life Support certification (BLS at minimum). o *if the APN/NP has provisional prescriptive authority requiring an articulated plan it is the responsibility of the APN/NP to alert the CMO and Quality director of such and to actively participate in meeting related requirements. • Maintenance of Continuing Education as required by your APN/NP credentialing board and state medical board. Preferred Education/ Experience: • Two years of related experience as an APN/NP
