QualificationsRequired Education/Experience: • M.D. or D.O. degree required • Board Certification in a primary care field is required to be current and maintained ongoing, including timely completion of re-certification when indicated.. • Holds and maintains without restrictions a Colorado physician license and DEA license. • Life Support certification (BLS at minimum). • Eligible for privileging at local hospital(s). • Must meet and maintain credentialing and privileging requirements of PrimeHealth+.
