We are seeking organized, motivated individuals to assist clients with researching and coordinating personalized vacation experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, professional development, and access to planning resources are provided. You will learn how to compare destination options, research accommodations, coordinate transportation, explain available packages, and help clients make informed decisions based on their interests and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, priorities, and approximate budgets.
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, transportation, activities, and available vacation packages.
  • Prepare organized vacation options that are easy for clients to review.
  • Assist clients with reservations, documentation, payment deadlines, and important travel information.
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, preferences, and reservation details.
  • Monitor reservations for updates or changes and communicate relevant information to clients.
  • Provide friendly and professional support before and after reservations are completed.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and industry updates.
  • Build positive client relationships that may lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage assignments and follow-up activities while working independently from home.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must reside in the United States or Mexico.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or compatible device.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client requests.
  • Comfortable learning online reservation and communication systems.
