What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of the RN and healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to provide exceptional care

What You'll Need

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
