Bookkeeper

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

The Bookkeeper position will support the Accounting Department. This position will be involved in handling our company's day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile AR Receipt, Vendor invoices and bank accounts at the end of each month.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Process checks.
• Understand ledgers.
• Reconciliation on inventory count
• Working with HR and logistic regarding safety and worker comp

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Mandarin speaking is a preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

• High school diploma required
• Basic bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
