About the Role:
Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is looking for an Experienced Welder to join a dynamic team in Grand Prairie, TX! Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely
- Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and welding safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder in a professional or industrial setting
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
- Knowledge of metal types, welding techniques, and fabrication processes
- AWS certification or equivalent welding certification preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a shop environment
