Job Description
The Warehouse Team Member II uses standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform receiving, inventory, and unloading of delivery trucks. Maintains accurate accountability of inventory and variances, ensures First In/First Out (FIFO) product rotation, and conducts replenishment of pick locations to support outbound operations as needed. Assists with auditing and other warehouse functions as needed, e.g., loading trailers. Maintains a safe work area through general housekeeping and proper lifting, and performs sanitation functions as required. Wears required PPE.Â
Shift: 4am-12:30pm; Sunday-Thursday
Hourly Rate: $22/HR
ICL / Receiver DutiesÂ
Operate scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accuratelyÂ
Ensure that Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork is accurate, including quantity, size, and dateÂ
Use "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stockÂ
Receive incoming product shipments and compare vendor inventory sheet or distribution purchase order to product received for accuracy and inventory control, using a handheld scannerÂ
Rotate all products located in coolers or rackingÂ
Apply material inventory (MI) product casing with delivery receipt dateÂ
Alert warehouse leader to any discrepancies in product amounts receivedÂ
Inspect product for quality and check temperatures to ensure product is delivered within specificationsÂ
Respond timely to emails in Outlook and FourKitesÂ
Stage items correctly for loaders and delivery, when necessaryÂ
Assist with warehouse team member loading responsibilities when neededÂ
Update inventory through data entry of product informationÂ
Work with leadership and loaders to correct material inventory (MI) variances that have been identifiedÂ
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is correctÂ
Conduct quarterly wall-to-wall inventory countsÂ
Order vegetables, mushrooms, and salads, if necessaryÂ
Participate in weekly meetings with central inventory (CIM)Â
Responsible for properly handling product returns, e.g., return to inventory or discardÂ
Review daily inventory numbers to ensure the Supply Chain Center has adequate levels for daily shipmentÂ
Ensure the area is clean and free of debrisÂ
Qualifications
Two or more years of previous experience in warehouse or inventory management; SAP experience a plusÂ
High School diploma or equivalentÂ
Experience working with an RF scanner and warehouse management systems (WMS)Â
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory controlÂ
Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionÂ
Must be professional and courteous in dealings with internal and external customersÂ
Keen attention to detailÂ
Ability to use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouseÂ
Must successfully pass a background check every third year on anniversary dateÂ
Adherence to Attendance PolicyÂ
Understand and utilize safe lifting practicesÂ
Follow Domino's dress code standardsÂ
Perform other duties as assigned by leadershipÂ
Maintain forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift certificationsÂ
