Essential Job Functions

Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Lift and carry materials and tools using proper equipment
  • Perform finishing work on poured concrete products
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with installation of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, anchors, etc.
  • Tie rebar, grind, buff, and patch concrete products
  • Remove rough or defective concrete areas and apply repairs
  • Operate pressure washer and/or sandblasting equipment (as needed)
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all safety policies and incident reporting procedures
  • Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections (including forklifts, if assigned)
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Comfortable using hand tools
  • Concrete finishing experience a plus
  • Strong teamwork and safety-first mindset

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
  • Standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout shift
  • Ability to work in dust and outdoor conditions (heat, wind, rain)
  • Must safely wear required PPE (hard hat, earplugs, steel-toe boots, etc.)

Work Environment

Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Requirements:
 Must pass pre-employment physical and alcohol/drug screening
