LSI Staffing is seeking a professional and responsible candidate for a Team Lead Role in a Warehouse Production Environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment with a team of employees, specifically ensuring that there is good motivation and a positive work environment. Additionally, they will be responsible for all of the following:
- Managing material handling operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse environment.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and development plans.
- Monitoring workflow and system functions and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Participating in the development and implementation of operating procedures to improve operational standards.
- Maintaining safe operating practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- This role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel, Word and Power Point may be necessary
- Ability to assist with development opportunities and growth for a teamwork environment
