We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as a Production Associate I in our window and door manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement within the company. What You’ll Do Assist in the production of windows and doors by operating machinery and tools Assemble components such as frames, glass, and hardware Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow production schedules and meet daily goals (UPAH) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE Work as part of a team to meet production targets QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust). Work Environment Fast-paced production floor with a team-oriented culture focused on safety and quality.
