Production & Safety Data Management

  • Maintain and update production databases.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Production Reports.
  • Manage Overtime (OT) Requests and compile OT Reports by Area.
  • Collect, compile, and distribute Safety Reports across all three plants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of safety metrics and incident tracking.

Presentation & Reporting

  • Develop professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support the preparation of materials for customer meetings, executive reviews, and Board presentations.
  • Create clear, visually engaging graphs and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).

Innovation & Process Optimization

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in information flow optimization (e.g., scrap declaration processes).
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to streamline administrative and operational workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools is a plus.

EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: 

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).  5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)- preferred

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)- preferred

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional)- preferred

Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt) - preferred

The employee will be in a shared office (cubicle) environment.  There may be occasions where the employee will have tasks to perform in a Laboratory environment and a Manufacturing environment, where Personal Protective Equipment such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses and Safety Shoes are required.
