The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely execution of electrical installation projects on site. This role coordinates both in-house and outsourced work, performs quality checks, supports equipment trials, trains contract labor, and provides clear reporting to project managers and customers. This position requires extensive travel, hands-on involvement, and adherence to Dematic standards.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88,500 - $118,00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Ā 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You WillĀ DoĀ in This Role:Ā 

  • Ensure installation quality on project sites, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.Ā 

  • Complete quality checklists andĀ submitĀ corrective actions when discrepancies areĀ identified.Ā 

  • Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.Ā 

  • Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards. Ā 

  • Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers. Ā 

  • Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.Ā 

  • Write clear, concise, andĀ timelyĀ trip reports according to Dematic procedures.Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ and resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50Ā lbs).Ā

What We are Looking For:Ā 

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience inĀ troubleshootingĀ electricalĀ equipment.Ā 

  • Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.Ā 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred. Ā 

  • Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.Ā 

  • Ā OSHA 30Ā certificationĀ required.Ā 

  • Ability to lift at least 50Ā lbsĀ and perform physical tasks on-site.Ā 

  • Proficient with personal computers,Ā spreadsheets, andĀ weekly status reporting.Ā 

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.Ā
