As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead electrical installation projects at client locations throughout North America. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading all aspects of installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, team mentorship, fixing issues, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $50,800 - $71,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role: 

  • Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision. 

  • Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others. 

  • Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.  

  • Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States. 

  • Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must perform activities like pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking. These tasks occur on large building sites across diverse weather conditions and settings.  

What We Are Looking For:  

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation. 

  • Willingness to travel 100& of the time within the continental United States. 

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.  

  • Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings. 

  • Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.  

  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates.  

  • Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision. 

  • Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input. 

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
