Business Office Coordinator, BOC is a medical front desk receptionist role.

Position Summary:

Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office.

Highlights:

  • Monday- Friday 730a -530pm, variable upon office

What you will do:

  • Check in/Check out
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Manage Referrals
  • Insurance verification
  • Other clerical functions

What you need:

  • High school graduate/ GED required
  • Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred
  • Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred
