Are you ready to take the next step toward becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator? We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team. This position provides hands-on experience in every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations while preparing you for a successful career as a Nursing Home Administrator.

Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain practical knowledge in resident care, regulatory compliance, human resources, finance, admissions, quality improvement, customer service, and daily operations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field preferred).
  • Must have successfully passed the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensing exam or be officially scheduled to take the NHA licensing exam.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for serving older adults and improving quality of care.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
