About the Role:

The Customer Correspondence Specialist will support the team with a wide range of activities related to correspondence management and ensuring quality processes are implemented with our corporate clients and consumers. The primary areas of responsibility include:

  • Prepare customer correspondences
  • Performing quality assurance of collection correspondence(s)
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships and communications with Firm personnel

 Position Requirement:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or similar field.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiences
  • Excellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detail
