Division Maintenance Manager

What You Will Do: 

Development of Leadership 

• Help lead, develop, and mentor the maintenance team in your division  
• Play a key role in identifying and developing top talent within your division 
• Establish a system to coach and develop your team to perform to the best of their abilities  
• Build strong, trusting relationships with your team by fostering a culture of accountability and leading by example  
• Coach or counsel employees based on individual and situational needs and take corrective action when necessary  

Operating and Brand Standards  

• Be the division's expert on industrial and production maintenance 
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability by constantly observing operations while providing feedback and taking necessary actions 
• Aid newly acquired locations and lead installations and conversions 
• Plan, organize and direct projects including capital expenditure  
• Encourage vendors to strive for innovation and improvement   
• Keep up to date on developments in the field by attending meetings, workshops, and seminars 

Effective Communication  

• Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of our organization  
• Deliver messaging around the Mister vision and initiatives to team members and stakeholders 
• Explain company objectives and expectations to all team members and ensure teams are working toward the same goals 
• Advocate for team members as well as the company to ensure each party’s points are clearly communicated and understood 

How You Will Shine:

• Minimum 5 years of advanced-level experience in breakdown industrial and production maintenance   
• Advanced-level experience in plumbing, electrical, and related maintenance fields   
• Proven ability to lead and motivate people  
• Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different geographic areas   
• Energetic and positive personality with the flexibility to adopt new procedures and processes   
• Availability to work long hours with a variable schedule   
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions   
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month   
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check
