Knapp Dental Lodge is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team. Compensation: $23-28 per hour, based on experience

 

Schedule & Office Hours

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Thursday
  • 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Greet patients with a warm smile, handle check-in/check-out, and manage smooth patient flow through the office
  • Scheduling: Manage, optimize, and confirm appointment schedules to maximize chair time
  • Communication: Answer multi-line phones, address patient inquiries, and make proactive re-care calls
  • Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance eligibility, compute co-pays, process payments, and assist with claims tracking

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior dental front office experience is required
  • Knowledge of dental software is required (ie. Dentrix, Eagelsoft, OpenDental, etc)
