Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to hire a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students strengthen communication skills that support academic success, social interaction, and confidence.

As part of a collaborative special education team, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive educational environment.

As the School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
  • Create, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and progress monitoring.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals.
  • Deliver direct speech and language services to students across a variety of communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Support students in areas including articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.
  • Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to reinforce communication strategies across learning environments.

Requirements

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Active or eligible Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
