Trinity Health At Home is Hiring Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to service patients in the following areas:

• Downtown Grand Rapids/Greater Grand Rapids Area

• Wyoming, Alto, Caledonia, and Kentwood Area

Position Overview  

As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Trinity Health At Home, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you’ll assess, plan, and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

• Home Health, Med-Surg, ER, Urgent Care, ICU, Critical Care, Progressive Care, or Step-Down Unit experience

• Strong computer and technology skills required.

• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
