The Customer Service Modernizations and Upgrades (CSMU) Installation Team at Dematic Corp is seeking an Installation Coordinator. This newly created position with assist the Managers and Director with a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks. There will be tasks related to projects, sub-contractors, department resource planning, department budgets, safety equipment, tools and gear, etc. This position will report directly into the CSMU Installation Director.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Communicate / Coordinate with supervisors, Installation Management, and project managers regarding labor requirements, materials, site conditions, equipment rentals and overall project status 
  • Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.
  • Assist CSMU Installation Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly data processing for labor hours.
  • Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages.
  • Performs the administration for programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the CSMU Installation Group.
  • Performs simple, routine work within area of specialization.
  • Be the glue that holds the team together!

What We Are Looking For:

  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of vocational/technical training or an Associate Degree preferred
  • Proven work experience as a previous Coordinator or that of a similar role
  • Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
  • Microsoft programs experience required
  • Experience in the Automated Material Handling Industry a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet position requirement of up to 25% travel.
