What You'll Do

Prepare customer vehicles after service by washing and vacuuming them to luxury standards and every client drives away delighted.
Safely move BMW, MINI, and Land Rover vehicles throughout the dealership and occasional valet services for our clients.
Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and organization.
Support the service department with tire storage and daily operations.
Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and dealership grounds clean and welcoming.
Help create an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure.
This is an active position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in a job well done.

What We're Looking For

Reliable and ready to work every day.
Professional and courteous with customers and teammates.
A customer-first mindset with a naturally positive attitude.
Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Detail-oriented with pride in quality work.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
