We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for third (3rd) shift during production season to support our Grand Rapids, Ohio site.

What You’ll Do:
- Support day‑to‑day plant operations and capital projects
- Perform preventative, predictive, and seasonal maintenance activities
- Maintain plant shop, tools, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure proper setup, calibration, operation, and upkeep of machines
- Support Process Safety Management and site safety initiatives
- Complete fabrication and improvement projects
- Perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate equipment records, prints, and PM plans
- Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (24VDC–480VAC)
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED
- Comfortable working at heights above 25 feet with required fall‑protection equipment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to work in warehouse/plant environments and perform hands‑on work
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing and able to work overtime and shift schedules, including weekends
- Valid driver's license
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Knowledge of production agriculture equipment and machinery
- Basic understanding of building electrical systems and process control
- Welding and/or millwright skills (seed industry a plus)
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- 2+ years of industrial electromechanical education and/or hands‑on experience
- Experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP) for work orders and parts inventory
