About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled A&P Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain our fleet to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has experience working on turbine and jet aircraft, possesses strong troubleshooting skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Orlando, Florida and Grand Rapids, Michigan
Schedule: 4 Days a Week X 10 Hour Shifts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies.
- Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on airframes, engines, avionics, and other aircraft systems.
- Document all maintenance actions accurately in maintenance logs and comply with all reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with pilots, dispatchers, and maintenance teams to ensure aircraft availability.
- Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and on the tarmac.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, training, and certifications.

Required Qualifications
- FAA A&P Certification (required)
- 2+ years of experience working on Learjet, Bombardier, or other business aircraft (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Honeywell engines (highly valued)
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91/135 maintenance requirements
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and aircraft maintenance manuals
- Skilled with maintenance tools, diagnostic systems, and computerized maintenance tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, on-call shifts, and occasional travel
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
Education and Experience:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification (Required)
- Preferred 2+years of working on Lear/Bombardier or business jets
- Honeywell engine experience highly valued
