Job Description

Our Online Casino Dealers come from many different backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and other people-facing roles. No previous casino experience is required — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

Deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera.
Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia.
Handle cards and game equipment accurately.
Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused.

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working on camera
Strong communication skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Able to pass required background checks
Able to obtain a Michigan gaming license — we help with the process

Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting.
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
Able to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.
