Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations PMO Manager to understand the objectives of assigned projects and the roles and responsibilities of all project stakeholders.
- Ensure project goals, scope, and requirements are clearly defined, documented, and agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate large-scale deployments and onboarding initiatives in accordance with customer requirements, contracts, and bid specifications.
- Align internal teams, third-party partners, and vendors to ensure seamless and effective project execution.
- Monitor project scope to ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed-upon parameters.
- Utilize Teamwork Projects software to coordinate activities, track progress, and maintain accurate project documentation and data repositories.
- Partner closely with internal teams and clients to understand preferences and requirements related to logistics, networking, and training.
- Assign and manage tasks across stakeholders, providing clear expectations regarding responsibilities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills for database structuring.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.

- Strong written communication and planning abilities.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Understanding and alignment with the organization’s core values.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the past 5 years).
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent), preferred.
