Project Manager – Lead Change, Empower Teams

Join our veteran-led, family-owned SERVPRO franchise team! As the Project Manager, you’ll orchestrate daily operations, mentor employees, and deliver exceptional service—making fire and water damage feel “Like it never even happened!”

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and monitor multiple operational divisions, guiding project flow from start to finish.
  • Create and uphold annual business plans, company budgets, revenue projections, and profit targets.
  • Lead managers as they handle restoration and reconstruction projects—overseeing assignments, quality, communications, and safety.
  • Be the communication hub—keeping clients, staff, and stakeholders informed and content.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, safety protocols, and training guidelines.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop managers and team members, helping shape their careers.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and readiness.
  • Support SERVPRO service delivery by mastering our tools and products (training provided).
What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience, with at least 1 year in the restoration industry.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) preferred, but not required; Master-level credentials are a big plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities, detail orientation, and process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and ethical work habits.
  • Valid driver’s license and openness to occasional on-call shifts.
Schedule
  • Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and frequent travel in service areas.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and equipment and on feet all day. This is a hands-on role mixed with management duties.
