Etna Supply is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate (Heavy Materials) to join our M&E Fire Protection team. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable working with heavy materials, operating large equipment, and playing a key part in keeping our yard and logistics running smoothly.

This is a first shift position from 7am to 4pm, and will require overtime from time to time.

Essential Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
Load, unload, receive, and stock materials accurately.
Bundle pipe and assemble orders to customer specifications.
Verify shipments and inventory to help prevent errors.
Label, scan, and complete receiving and shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock adjustments.
Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe.
Pull materials for production as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of warehouse experience preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Knowledge of fire protection products and applications is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Eclipse experience preferred).
Basic math skills.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Ability to become certified to operate powered industrial equipment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
