We are currently looking for dedicated and caring Child Care Program Specialists to join our growing team. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, we have a shift that fits your lifestyle!
What You Will Do
- Â Create a safe, nurturing, and highly engaging environment for children of various ages.
- Guide children through daily routines, including meals, playtime, educational activities, and rest.
- Foster positive relationships and communicate professionally with parents and team members.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with children is highly preferred.
- A naturally patient, calm, and responsible demeanor.
- Strong dependability and punctuality—our families count on us, and we count on you!
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, which is especially valuable for our 3rd-shift team.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Morning/Day
- 2nd Shift: Evening
- 3rd Shift: Overnight
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
- Flexibility: Full-time and part-time opportunities available to suit your schedule.
