Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidaysāÆĀ
Ā Team leadership skillsĀ within the storeĀ andĀ the abilityĀ to be flexible in aĀ fast-pacedĀ environment.Ā
You must also have a completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan.Ā Ā
A formal education andĀ subsequentĀ undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.āÆĀ

Hiring Range:
$16.00 - $20.10 USD per hourIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orĀ commissionĀ potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
