Plan, organise and perform the preventive and curative maintenance of buildings and production equipment and help to improve existing means.
Main Missions
LEVEL 11- Organise, plan and provide level 2 and 3 curative and preventive maintenance, the setting, maintenance and development of production equipment programming
- Coordinate his/her work based on production and priorities (in the event of simultaneous failure)
- Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule
- Order spare parts
- Check that machines operate correctly during production and carry out maintenance as required
- Keep an electronic record of maintenance performed on production means to ensure traceability of maintenance operations
2- Ensure the acceptance and qualification of production equipment in compliance with specifications, safety and environment rules
- Perform on-site maintenance to prevent accidents and to ensure that operators are aware of the importance of complying with safety procedures
- Make the necessary decisions to optimise maintenance to prevent the recurrence of failures, in line with initial data fixed by his/her manager
3 - Ensure the cleanliness of his/her area
- Organise the storage of maintenance equipment
- Clean his/her work area
- Clean and maintain his/her maintenance room and equipment
4 - Make sure that preventive maintenance constraints are taken into account regarding new equipment to be installed
- Organise monitoring of the process and monitor the process parameters
- Report to his/her manager
- monitor production conditions and Make simple corrections in the event of malfunctions
- Check the conformity of cycle times in relation to Reference times
- Assist with progress initiatives in the cell (LEAN tools) and help to improve equipment and workshop processes
- Update documents or computer databases associated with his/her job
5 - Provide expertise in a specialist field
- Perform an ergonomics analysis and diagnosis of machines in his/her field of expertise
- Manage maintenance in his/her field of expertise
- Propose and implement adequate corrective actions
- Analyse micro-failures
- Propose and implement adequate solutions
- Propose improvement plans
- help to select and implement improvement actions
6 - Manage the store in a specialist field
- Ensure the supply of spare parts
- Receive, check and enter into stock delivered products
- Prepare inventories, count products, detect and resolve anomalies
- Assign products to defined storage places and locations based on their storage location and their technical characteristics
LEVEL 2
7 - Help his/her team to progress
- Mange maintenance agents in his/her specialist field and coordinate their missions for actions to be conducted in his/her field of expertise
- Audit level 1 to level 4 maintenance operations in the field
- Take part in the TPM, guarantee feedback
- Conduct periodic diagnostic checks (presses, robots)
- Monitor and launch corrective actions after performing periodic diagnostic checks (manufacturer or internal)
- Contribute to internal progress projects within the maintenance department
- Coordinate his/her work based on production and priorities (in the event of simultaneous failure)
- Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule
