Job DetailsJob Location: MO Grandview - Grandview, MO 64030Position Type: Full TimeWhat you'll do The National Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale projects across multiple regions nationwide. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with organizational goals, while managing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Responsibilities · Plan work according to objectives and interface with customers, subcontractors and vendors. · Communicate with key stakeholders, (sales, senior management, Project Managers, crews and subcontractors) in the project · Identify, manage and control changes · Analyze results based on facts obtained · Track and report progress · Establish project traffic control and lot closures with the Project Managers · Monitor project plan established by Project Manager · Prepare project status reports and complete post job evaluations of work QualificationsWhat you'll bring to us  · Analytical – Synthesizes complex or diverse information · Collects and researches data · Uses intuition and experience to complement data · Designs work flows and procedures · Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner · Develops alternative solutions · Works well in group problem solving situations · Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics · Project Management – Develops and coordinates project plans
