We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Assembly Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products using a variety of tools and ensuring parts are prepared, sealed, and packaged accurately for customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull correct materials required for each job function with accuracy
Clean parts using the appropriate cleaning procedures to meet quality standards
Apply correct sealants and thread guards as necessary to each part
Assemble designated parts using hand and power tools such as drills, impact guns, and wrenches
Utilize tools including but not limited to utility knives, drift pins, sealant tape, glue, staple guns, and nail guns, ensuring safe and effective operation at all times
Follow work instructions and quality guidelines to perform precise, efficient assemblies
Proficiently pick and pack finished parts for customer orders, maintaining accuracy and speed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Wage:Â $22.50/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekend OT on Saturdays, should be expected and seen as MANDATORY)
- Shift:Â 5:30am-2:00pm
