Residential HVAC Installer

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards.
• Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
• Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
• Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
• Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
• Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings and a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in diverse conditions.
• A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
