Position Title:Â Client Service Coordinator
Department:Â KFG Wealth Management, LLC.

Goals and StandardsÂ
- Advisor and client service coordinator emails are checked no less than four times daily
- All phone calls and emails are responded to the same day if received prior to 3:00pm
- Responded to by 10:00am the following day if received after 3:00pm
- Advisor calendars are managed to ensure that all clients are met with according to their level of service
- Needs Analysis Meetings are scheduled with the right advisor based on prospect source and complexity
- Opportunities and Financial Planning fees (expected, outstanding, and collected) for Financial Planning Team are tracked and managed

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Monitor Financial Advisor(s) email inbox, voicemail, and incoming client phone calls to identify and respond to client service related correspondence from clients
- Manage Financial Advisor(s) calendars, schedule and reschedule client appointments, conference calls, and web meetings
- Coordinate joint client meetings with other professionals (i.e. elder law attorney, etc.)Â
- Manage the Estate Planning execution process (including scheduling with attorney, assigning notaries and witnesses)
- Track Opportunities and Financial Planning fees (expected, outstanding, and collected) for Financial Planning TeamÂ
- Prepare financial planning fee, and other, invoices and agreements for client meetings
- Updating the appointment template to reflect current financial planning fee statusÂ
- Serve as back-up to ICs (over-flow and out of office)Â
Required Education, Skills, and Character Traits
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Financial industry experience preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Willingness to pursue industry credentials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant computer and software training or experience (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and QuickBooks)
- Above average typing skills
- Above average math skills and analytical abilities
- Must be well organized with time, resources, physical office space, and client documents/information, detail oriented, and be able to manage a large workload
- Must be intrinsically motivated and able to work individually with little direction
- Must be a team player and able to collaborate with team members and financial professionals from other firms
- Comfortable interacting with clients via telephone, email, video conferencing, or face-to-face
- History of prudent management in personal finances
- Must be coachable, goal oriented, grasp concepts quickly, able to work in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry
- Must have a desire to pursue professional development
