Position Summary

Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services using advanced computed tomography (CT) technology.

In this role, you will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to produce accurate diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and an outstanding care experience.

We welcome both experienced CT Technologists and new graduates ready to begin their imaging career in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images to support timely patient care
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during imaging studies
• Follow radiation safety and infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, nurses, and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Support efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist program

Licensure & Certifications

• ARRT registration required
• Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA Healthcare Provider)

Experience

• Previous diagnostic radiology experience preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
