What You'll Do
Welcome and register patients for hospital services
Verify demographic and insurance information
Obtain required consent forms and documentation
Answer patient questions and provide outstanding customer service
Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate medical records
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous customer service or registration experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
