Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion

Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars

Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

Verify insurance and update patient records

Collect required forms and process patient check-in/check-out

Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

Customer service or medical office experience preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong computer and multitasking abilities

Positive, patient-focused attitude
