What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
Educate homeowners and provide options that fit their needs and budget
Build trust and create lifelong customers
Perform high-quality electrical repairs and upgrades
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management
Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
Take ownership of your work and your success

What We Offer

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Residential Service Experience
Experience creating estimates and presenting repair and upgrade options
Valid Washington EL01 or EL02 License
Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety standards
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow professionally
