Job Summary: Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing, developing market goals, strategies and measurements to achieve marketing targets. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Director.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will evaluate regional market and economic trends, and introduce appropriate strategic changes to exceed marketing expectations, maximize our reach to our core demographic and support our strategic goals.
  2. Plan regional advertising promotions through design and graphic arts to accomplish marketing policies and strategies of the organization, create increased revenue and ensure competitive position in the gaming market.
  3. You will build regional departmental projects from the conceptual phase to implementation and closeout following appropriate project management methodologies including organizational communication to other impacted areas.
  4. Develop the annual regional marketing plan and the measurable goals, strategies and resources necessary to achieve overall goals, including increasing brand awareness and market share, new customer acquisition and retention.
  5. You will develop the annual regional budget according to an approved annual marketing plan; oversee expenses to maintain acceptable margins; approve invoices for payment; review budget reports monthly.
  6. Communicate regional marketing plans across the organization to implement promotional events to enhance casino profitability.
  7. You will exercise knowledgeable leadership by example and through coaching the marketing team.
  8. Develop and implement regional procedures to eliminate problems, increase efficiency, maintain adequate internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Resolve regional customer or associate disputes promptly that exceeds guest experience expectations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or 4 years directly related experience. 

General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets),).

Advertising experience

Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

Understand P&L statement and how your actions impact the team.

Seven years of marketing management experience with direct responsibility for the marketing budget and all marketing operations.
