Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Regional Slot Director has department financial and compliance responsibilities and must work with the Casino General Manager and Slot Property Management across assigned gaming properties to recommend changes to slot floor layout, mix and overall design to maximize revenue producing and expense management opportunities. Will develop tactical plans in all responsibilities with specialized attention to operational performance analysis, identifying industry trends, managing annual slot capital, complying with regulations, and working with marketing and analytics teams to ensure strategy agreement. You will report to the Senior Director of Gaming.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will review analysis, make recommendations and oversee execution of changes for slot product improvement through conversions, floor moves and denominational changes.

2. Analyze physical layouts of slot machines; recommend appropriate changes to enhance use, staffing, and floor space.

3. Oversee and maintain integrity of slot floor activity.

4. Evaluate slot product and systems including latest trends in slot equipment, games, payouts, network infrastructure and mechanical functions, play aspects of slot machines and make recommendations for slot products.

5. You will hire and train the slot operations management team to ensure each team member learns and maintains a 3+ years of experience with the inner workings of the varied slot products on the casino floor.

6. Help prepare slot budget projections and monitoring slot budget performance to ensure the departments runs to achieve established fiscal and performance goals.

7. Track revenue and perform any required documentation to ensure audit compliance and full compliance with internal controls and gaming act.

8. Implement organizational policies, develops and implements strategic plans for the slot department consistent with our strategic goals.

9. Develop professional working relationships with outside vendors.

10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and slot experience.

· Knowledge of mechanical functions and play aspects of slot machines, procedures, and Casino floor operations.

· Knowledge of software programs and systems as related to the operation of the slot department.

· Working knowledge of slot math used in reporting.

· Analytical and project management skills.

· Leadership experience within an operations department

· Five (5) years of progressive experience in slot operations management
