Junior Commercial Construction Estimator

Premier Construction Group, Inc. is a well-established commercial general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career construction professional looking to grow within a respected commercial construction company.
Position Summary
The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team by assisting with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial estimating process while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $47,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in office)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of building construction components and construction activities
- Ability to assist with takeoffs, estimates, and bid preparation
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong desire to meet challenging schedules and deadlines
- Competitive, motivated mindset with a strong work ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Proven people skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask as needed
- Prior field or hands-on construction experience is a plus
