Administrative Assistant


Location: 39 S. York Road, Suite A, Dillsburg, PA 17019


Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Premier Construction Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Project Management and Operations teams in a fast-paced construction office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and helping keep projects and office operations running smoothly.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, solid Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Receive, sort, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain and organize project files, job folders, and office records
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative and project-related tasks
  • Prepare and send project documents, plans, specifications, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Maintain subcontractor and vendor documentation, including COIs and W-9s
  • Update project pipeline information and contact records
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors regarding bid opportunities and project documentation
  • Handle filing, scanning, copying, and general office support duties
  • Run occasional office-related errands, including plan pickups/drop-offs and supply runs
  • Support daily office operations as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, or coordination experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Microsoft Project experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
