Position Overview
As a Door Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and quality control of our products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fridays: As needed

Compensation
Starting at $19.00/hour or higher, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, drills, and CNC machines
Assemble door panels, frames, and hardware components
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (door industry a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Familiarity with materials such as wood, veneer, and composites is a plus
