Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in or around Grants Pass, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform structural framing and general carpentry work
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
Perform layout and framing according to project plans
Lead and supervise a carpentry crew
Assign and coordinate daily tasks
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on site
Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
Work in both interior and exterior environments

Requirements:

Journeyman-level carpentry experience
Strong structural framing background
Must have tools and PPE
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
Experience leading or supervising carpentry crews
Ability to perform layout work and work independently
Strong understanding of job-site safety and construction practices
Reliable and looking for continuous, full-time work
