Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and overall performance of slot machines and associated equipment on a shift basis.
  • This position supervises Slot Technicians directly and ensures that Slot performance is at an optimal level through established policies and procedures. This position also requires advanced troubleshooting of all technical problems as required.
  • Establish and oversee policies and procedures relating to all technical aspects of Slots on a shift basis.
  • Supervise a staff of approximately 20 Slot Technicians.
  • Ensure compliance of all internal and external controls.
  • Ensure the integrity of company assets by maintaining all slot machines at the highest performance levels, as well as establishing a system of accountability relating to Slot Parts inventory and company-supplied shop equipment.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and scheduling of Slot Technicians.

  • High School Diploma/GED; Associate’s/Technical Degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in technical supervisory role preferred.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests and regulatory agencies.
  • The ability to generate and evaluate slot performance reports.
  • Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
  • intermediate computer knowledge; competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to learn various computer program applications including the ACSC slot system, GTECH central computer system, and associated computer and electronic related areas.
  • Flexibility in scheduled work hours.
