Essential Functions:
● Assist with event logistics, hospitality, and guest services during Reunion Week, Family Weekend, and Big Red Weekend
● Support registration, wayfinding, and event setup/breakdown
● Serve as a welcoming ambassador for alumni, families, and guests
● Work closely with AFE staff to ensure seamless event experiences
Qualifications:
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
● Able to take direction and implement tasks as requested
● Golf cart training preferred (but not required at the start)
● Availability to work Reunion Week, Family Weekend, and Big Red Weekend
