Job Overview

The Graphic Designer is a creative, detail-oriented professional responsible for turning ideas into strong, on-brand visuals. This role requires someone who understands branding, thinks conceptually, and can execute polished creative designs across digital and print. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, CX, UX and product teams to bring campaigns, products and brand storytelling to life.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets across digital, print, and social channels.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality creative while pushing ideas forward
• Support marketing campaigns with graphics for email, web, ads, events, and presentations
• Create and refine logos, layouts, typography, and visual systems as needed
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams from concept through execution
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Receive feedback and iterate thoughtfully without losing creative momentum

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or in-house brand environment
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required)
• Solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and brand systems
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a high creative level
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage shifting priorities
• Familiarity with web or digital design tools preferred
• Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels and platforms

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or in-house brand environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work in an office environment.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
