Job DetailsJob Location: NEW - CORPORATE HQ - GRAPEVINE, TX 76051Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $0.01 - $0.01 Base+Commission/monthLocation: Grapevine, TX (On-Site) This role is remote-first, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed. Role Overview At Global Asset, we are growing our IT asset recovery and resale business and are looking to add an ITAD Business Development Manager to the team. This role works closely with enterprise IT and data center organizations to identify surplus or retired equipment and bring it through responsible recovery and resale. The right person for this role understands how data center hardware moves through its lifecycle, knows where residual value exists, and is comfortable working directly with technical and operational stakeholders to unlock that value. This is a hands-on, relationship-based position that combines sales, asset evaluation, and deal execution. How You’ll Make an Impact Engage with enterprise organizations, data centers, and infrastructure teams to uncover IT asset disposition opportunities Identify surplus or retired hardware such as GPUs, servers, networking equipment, and memory that can be remarketed Build working relationships with IT asset managers, data center operations staff, and facilities personnel Assess asset condition and resale potential in coordination with technical and operations teams Manage opportunities from initial conversation through pricing, negotiation, and resale execution Maintain visibility into market demand and pricing dynamics to support profitable outcomes Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure assets are moved and processed efficiently and responsibly What You Bring Direct ITAD experience with a clear understanding of the IT asset disposition lifecycle and relevant market dynamics Practical knowledge of data center and enterprise hardware and how it depreciates over time Comfort engaging directly with technical and operational stakeholders in on-site environments Strong negotiation skills and experience closing equipment buy/sell transactions Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and see deals through to completion Willingness to travel to customer sites and data center locations as needed Experience That’s Helpful Existing relationships within ITAD providers, data centers, OEMs, or refurbishers Exposure to global resale channels or secondary hardware buyers Familiarity with ITAD compliance frameworks, data security practices, and reverse logistics This role is remote-first with flexibility based on experience. While resale channels may extend beyond Texas, candidates should be comfortable supporting regional field engagement and occasional in-person collaboration as needed.
